Your personal data are provided voluntarily but the refusal to supply them determines the non-prosecution of the relationship. 

The personal data you provide are collected and processed, manually and by electronic means, directly and/or through delegated third parties (mailing and data entry companies), for the following purposes:

• use of services offered in the web site; 
• law obligation fulfilment (delivery notes, invoices, payments)
• statistics, technical, advertising and promotional communications, also by e-mail. 

Anyway your personal data will not be disclosed (if not to mailing or data entry companies) or sold to third parties. 
Inside of Compagnia Italiana Lubrificanti S.p.A. your personal data will only be known by specifically charged persons within their competence fields:  Commercial Management, Technical Management, Sales Office, Production Plant, Edp and Administration Departement. 

As set out in Section 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, you have the right at any time to obtain from the Data Processor, informations about the processing of your data, its methods, purposes, and logic applied to it and also about : 

1. confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exist, communication of such data and their source;
2. identification data concerning Data Controller, Data Processor and entities or categories of entity to whom or wich the personal data may be communicated and who or wich may get to know said data in their capacity as responsible and persons in charge of the processing;
3. updating, rectification or integration of the data; 
4. erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully;   
5. certification to the effect that the operations as per points 3) and 4) have been notified to the entities to whom or wich the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected; 
6. to object: on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or for the accomplishment of market surveys.
